MENTORSHIP DEPOSIT

Since our workshops and customized programs limit enrollment to individual instruction or smaller groups than most workshops, we encourage you to apply early. Enrollment is by appointment or on a first come first serve basis. We suggest you call or email in advance to check availability before making a deposit payment.

To reserve your space in a workshop, a minimum deposit of $200 and a non-refundable $50 registration fee is required at the time of registration. We can accept credit card payments by adding this deposit amount to your cart, or send a check or money order by mail.

We cannot hold space in a workshop without a deposit. The balance is due 30 days prior to the start of the workshop. Final payment of your balance may be made by check or money order payable in U.S. funds, or by credit card with our on-line store. Please make sure you fill out our registration form and return it to us promptly by fax, e-mail or snail mail.
